Women's health changes over time, and add hormonal changes, causes the body and mind to often feel disconnected.


Many women push through emotional demands and physical discomfort without clear guidance on what their body actually needs to meet the needs of the body as it ages.

This 6-week challenge is designed to support your body with a posture assessment, and how to keep weight gain minimal, and improve strength and muscle in the more difficult areas; hips, abs, back, and arms.

It also includes nervous system strategies that are integrated into the sessions. This smaller group means more individualized attention for maximum support.

Each week, during the live, interactive zoom sessions, you will learn why women often struggle maintaining weight after age 40, and how stress, hormones, and daily habits affect that. Learn gentle movement, and progressions for when you need more of a challenge to build balance and leaner muscle.

Women’s Wellness Challenge: is a once-a-week, 1-hour small group focused on:

  • Gentle, intentional thoughts and movement

  • Hormones and muscle loss

  • Maintaining muscle strength

Each session builds on the previous session. We’ll also explore how hormones, stress, and past injuries can affect your body and self-talk, and practice simple ways to rebuild a healthier approach to manage stress.

You don’t need to be “in shape” or "perfect" to join. This is a supportive space for all women who want to:

  • Reduce stress

  • Increase energy

  • Clarity on how to build strength during the years when hormones shift.

  • Guided movement, talks, and developing a personal action plan to minimize the effects of hormonal fluctuations during aging.

    6 weeks · Small group of 6 women, 1 hour per week ·
    Location: Online ZOOM *if unable to attend all sessions, recordings will be available.
