Women's health changes over time, and add hormonal changes, causes the body and mind to often feel disconnected.


Many women push through emotional demands and physical discomfort without clear guidance on what their body actually needs to change that behavior habit.

This 6-week challenge is designed to support your body with practical, sustainable (gentle) movement and nervous system strategies.

Each week, during the live, interactive zoom sessions, you will learn about your motivation style, your thought patterns, and how that affects your ability to experience positive energy daily. You have the opportunity to create a plan of change with instructor guidance.

Women’s Wellness Challenge: is a once-a-week, 1-hour small group focused on:

  • Gentle, intentional thoughts and movement

  • Practical nervous system regulation

  • Learning how to stay present in your body instead of living only in your head, and create change.

We’ll explore how hormones, stress, and past injuries can affect your body and self-talk, and practice simple ways to rebuild a healthier approach to manage stress.

You don’t need to be “in shape” or "perfect" to join. This is a supportive space for all women who want:

  • Reduce stress, and the negative impact it has on overall health with mind-body nervous system strategies.

  • Increase energy with Intentional movement for posture reset, joint strength, and the reasoning behind it, with an experienced wellness educator and certified trainer.

  • Gain clarity - Better understand your self talk, and practical steps to change it during this 6 week challenge.

  • Create an action plan that will help you make better decisions, create self care practices that will enhance your life, and improve clarity, of what your mind and body truly need for wellness.

    Format:

    6 weeks · Small group of 6 women, 1 hour per week ·
    Location: Online ZOOM *if unable to attend all sessions, recordings will be available.
    Class dates/time are: Friday's: March 27, April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24,

    and May 1 at: 7pm Central (please adjust time for your time zone)
