We offer a variety of mind and body wellness resources with coaching focused on mindfulness to be more present in one's life, free resources, and community. This space was created because regardless of where you are in life, the spirit is your sense of self, and sometimes, unpacking experiences that have worn you down, can be mentally exhausting. For some, 'experiences, can be less relationship issues with others, and more relationship with self which is then projected outwards. We have also found that injuries greatly contribute to attitude, and that's why our wellness is led by a Certified Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer.
Surround yourself with the right people, and you will find yourself swimming upriver, not downriver.
Mind and body wellness are interdependent, and we focus on approaches that guide others back to their optimal health.
