Women’s Wellness Workshop March–April 2026

If your body has been feeling tighter, more fatigued, or less responsive than it used to, you’re not alone.

Midlife brings real changes in strength, mobility, recovery, and nervous system load. Many women push through discomfort without clear guidance on what their body actually needs now.

This 6-week workshop is designed to support your body with practical, sustainable movement and nervous system strategies for this stage of life.

What the Workshop Will Focus On

  • Strength and stability for everyday movement

  • Mobility and joint support

  • Nervous system regulation and recovery

  • Reducing stiffness, aches, and fatigue

  • Building confidence in how your body moves

The goal is simple: help your body feel more capable, supported, and responsive again.
