**There is an additional, non-refundable, fee for processing paperwork and program design. That fee is currently $125 (one-time) and the amount can change at any time without notice. You will receive a separate link from your trainer to complete payment. You will not be charged the non-refundable fee until AFTER your 15 minute call. 

 What you'll get:

• 30 minute phone consult after purchase to discuss your areas of concern.
• Health History and related documents (sent via email) to ensure your health is a priority. before C.E.S. designs your program.
• 4 total sessions, which are live sessions with your trainer; to talk you through the movement design (made just for you based on your Health history and concerns).

• Videos (via app) to guide you through your session workouts. These are to accompany your LIVE sessions so you can practice on your own between your 4 sessions.
• Access to your Trainer's cell phone to text questions, concerns between sessions.
